    Lead,Physical Wall:
    Pelipper@Leftovers
    Keen Eye
    Impish
    238 HP/172 Defense/100 Special Attack
    Surf
    Shock Wave
    Ice Beam
    Roost

This is my Physical UU Tank.It can take Dragon Claws from Salamence and possibly Stone Edges from Gyarados. That pretty good for a UU pokemon. This will also zap Gyarados and possibly 3HKO and 2HKO Salamence with Ice Beam.

    Special Wall:
    Ludicolo@Leftovers
    Rain Dish
    Sassy
    252 HP/4 Special Attack/252 Special Defense
    Ice Beam
    Surf
    Leech Seed
    Giga Drain/?

This is my special wall but I don't know what to use for the forth slot of Ludicolo but Giga Drain is definitely one of my best options.Ice Beam will 2HKO any Salamence and Surf is for Rhyperior to die.Giga Drain can help kill Starmie while Leech Seed,Rain Dish Recovery, and Giga Drain can recover mass amounts of HP every turn.

    Physical Sweeper, Rain Dance Activator:
    Floatzel@Leftovers
    Swift Swim
    Naive
    42 HP/252 Attack/216 Speed
    Bulk Up
    Waterfall
    Ice Fang
    Crunch

This, like the title says,is my Rain Dance Activator and it's fast but it needs the rain to outrun CScarfers so I put Rain Dance on it.Now it can outrun Alakazam and Gengar for sure and OHKO them both with Crunch. This can also Ice Fang Salamence and Garchomp and Crunch Cresselia. It can take care of Blissey while Blissey can only Thunder Wave it and probably get 2HKOed by Waterfall.

    Special Sweeper:
    Gardevoir@Choice Specs
    Synchronize
    Modest
    6 HP/252 Special Attack/252 Speed
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Focus Blast
    Shadow Ball

Do you remember a Gardevoir like this except for the item and Shadow Ball? Well, it is my old one and now it doesn't need to set up and can do some serious damage.Shadow Ball with Psychic,Focus Blast, and Thunderbolt could kill some OUs. For Example:Azelf,Gyarados, Tyranitar, Swellow, Magnezone, and Skarmory. For a BL that's quite impressive to me.This, anyway,is my Special Sweeper and packs some serious destruction.

    Physical Sweeper:
    Sharpedo@Life Orb
    Rough Skin
    Naughty
    129 Attack/129 Special Attack/252 Speed
    Surf
    Ice Fang
    Crunch
    Earthquake

Say hello to a UU threat that deserved a spot at least in the BL tier but is in the UU tier. This thing will absolutely wreck things.Earthquake will at least 2HKO Tyranitar OHKO Gengar,Alakazam, and Azelf with Crunch and 2HKO Garchomp and Salamence with Ice Fang at least. This is very impressive for a UU!

    Final Member,Physical Sweeper:
    Zangoose@Lum Berry
    Immunity
    Jolly
    4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
    Quick Attack
    X-Scissor
    Return
    Close Combat

This has Lum Berry in case something paralyzes it and Quick Attack can pick off weakened opponents like Heracross or Zapdos.X-Scissor will take care of Absol and other Dark types.Return is for a powerful STAB.Close Combat will slaughter any Tyranitar or other Rock Types.

I would go Shadow Claw over X-Scissor on Zangoose, bug just doesnt cover well, and Shadow Claw still hits Ghosts that wall you and Psychics like Cresselia hard. With Close Combat, Dark types arent a problem either.

You ought to use Swift Swim as Ludicolo's special ability; Rain Dish sucks in comparison when you've already got Leftovers and Leech Seed for HP recovery. Setting up rain just to get a tiny bit of HP back every turn isn't worth it when you could otherwise be using the Rain to boost your speed and as a result, effectively sweep. You might want to consider Damp Rock as his hold item to prolong the rain, but Lefties is just as good.

Seeing as you already have someone to set up Rain Dance, you could use the last move for either Energy Ball or Grass Knot.

pelipper isn't a physical wall ._. i should know, i use it myself. it's a tank. anywho, reduce some of the defense evs for sp atk. i gave mine choice specs to do more damage while not sacrificing its ability to take hits, but you clearly want to use it defensively, so at least give it some hitting power. gyara would go for the winning 2HKO against it after a DD. roost is pretty dang cool on it =D

for ludicolo's last slot, give it rain dance or seismic toss. you may want to consider giving it some evs in defense as well.

give floatzel choice band or give it bulk up over rain dance. seriously, this guy really needs to hit hard and his weak defenses doesn't help him. if you can get in 2 bulk ups with the rain up, he can really do some good damage with waterfall. naive and speed are unnecessary when rain dance is up. go with adamant, 252 ATK, 188 HP, rest speed. it's going to outrun everything it needs to and be able to take hits while using bulk up. floatzel is really a very good sub passer, so you may want to go with subpass so you can give sharpedo and gardevoir some insurance switching in.

give sharpedo choice scarf... now. and give it ice beam instead of ice fang. ice fang doesn't do enough damage to bulky grounds, even gliscor.

i'd get rid of choice specs on gardevoir and replace shadow ball for reflect. your team REALLY needs it. also, give it less speed, more HP. 72 spd evs is enough for it. as far as i can see, gardevoir is best suited to take tbolts for the team, so give it trace instead of synchronize. jolteon is no longer a threat that way. if you need someone on your team to take status, then give gardevoir lum berry instead.

replace zangoose. hey, i love zangoose too, but it doesn't fit in this team. if you want something with priority moves, look for something bulkier or something that can support the team. i'd consider Ambipom, Kecleon, Kangaskhan, Hariyama, Pikachu, or Ursaring. as you can tell, you really have no one on your team to take status. i suggest trying out Hariyama or Ursaring (with Guts) to take care of that problem. ambipom can pass subs or nasty plot to gardevoir for ownage, kecleon takes special hits very well and hits decently with suckerpunch + fake out, kangaskhan is a very good subpuncher with priority moves and pikachu in the rain would do a lot of damage with Thunder (Light Orb) and it has fake out/quick attack to perform priority hits.

    hope that helps.

Pelipper:I accidently put full EVs.I meant 100 Sp.Atk.I've replaced the EVs.

Ludicolo:I'm in the process of getting TMs from Ruby Version so I might consider it.

    Floatzel:I can arrange for that.Thanks.

Sharpedo:Instead of replacing Ice Fang,I'll breed for another Sharpedo and give that one Surf and find a Naughty/Lonely nature. That way I can do some serious damage to those 2 types.

Gardevoir:This is a coincidence.I used to have Lum Berry and Reflect on this pokemon but I just couldn't cooperate with them.I'll keep the EVs and the Moves the same. Thanks for your help.

Replacing Zangoose:Do you think maybe I could try Mightyena? and is there any UU or BL Pokemon that uses X-Scissor and can be caught in Pearl Version?

    no, mightyena stinks =/

go with scyther if that's what you want. it can pass sub/swords dance/agility as well.

You could use my patented Kecleon SkarmBliss killer :P. It actually works. If I can dig out its set here somewhere...

    ---
    Kecleon (♂) @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Color Change
    EVs: 152 HP/180 Atk/100 SAtk/76 SDef
    Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Focus Punch
    - Hidden Power [Dark]
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Skill Swap
    ---

Its a little bit odd, when you Skill Swap, the opoonent gets the worst ability ever, Color Change. So now you can use Shadow Sneak, and the opponent becomes ghost type, then HP Dark is super effective. Also you can get some amazing abilities to go along, I once Skill Swapped a Vaporeon, and got full HP because of Water Absorb. Also Focus Punch takes down Blissey. It works great if you're a UUer in OU.

thanks.I'll consider it.I'm wondering, Is there any UU or BL counter for Hippowdon?

Articuno is BL, pretty much wons it. Ice fang does lol damage and EQ doesn't hit it. Ice Beam 2HKOs Hippo. Kind of defeats the purpose of a UU team if you use it though.

Alakazam is BL and with Grass Knot can OHKO I believe. Basically anything with a trong grass or water special attack, like even Gardevoir, if it had Energy Ball, could hurt Hippowdon pretty hard.

Zam can't take an EQ on the switch though...but yeah, anything with better than 45 base Def with grass knot or something like it works :P It can't take much damage from it's attacks though. though Zam is BL? Seems pretty OU to me...lol

The tier list says BL, I thought it was odd, after it lost the lemental punches in 4th Gen it went downhill though. But if you give Gardevoir Energy Ball, you dont have a problem.
