I would level up some more. The Charizard is a decent level though. Is the Venasaur or the Charizard his/her starter? If the Venasaur is, trade it or store it. You don't want two starters. Blazekein is okay though.

why wouldn't you want multiple starters? they all have about 525-535 base stats, and that's pretty high.

they aren't the BEST pokemon, but they are still pretty good.
