I like Kyogre the best, then Rayquaza.

Rayquaza. Because it has a cooler cry and looks better than then the two others. But of course Kyorge has type advantage, while Groudon can use solarbeam on kyorge and dragon claw on Rayquaza.. Anyways still Rayquaza for the win.

i have caught all 3 in emerald
but i perfer rayquaza

I'd have to say Rayquaza because, well, if it weren't for him, Kyogre and Groudon would still be battling.
