3rd Gen Rayquaza... WHY?

Last I check, Fly has can deal 120 damage.

You need to check again man.. it's base damage is 70, and accuracy is 95. ^_^ Donno what to say about S-Attack.. I think I'm better off working with his other movepools.

No you don't. You are probably looking at Sky Attack.
 
well both fly and sky attack are useless for Rayquaza... of course, aerial ace pwns fly, sky attack and all of those junk (except Aeroblast and drill peck) for Rayquaza ^_^;
 
Rayquaza should have learned some kind of highly powered Dragon beam thingie attack. It would have been much better.
 
Well it can learn dragon claw and outrage, which are kinda of good Dragon type attacks.
 
dragon claw but not outrage... and doesn't the Pokemon game already have enough beams by now? (psybeam, bubblebeam, ice beam, aurora beam, hyper beam, signal beam?) Let's not turn it into a Final fantasy adding in bolt beam, fire beam and blah blah blah
