I'm gonna go to a JAA tournament, and I'm still getting my team ready. I have a Rayquaza I want to use, but I'm not sure if it would be useful. All it takes is an Ice Beam to get rid of it. Is there a better alternative to Rayquaza, or something I can do to help protect from and Ice Beam? (Besides using Protect over and over) So far my Pokemon are Kyogre, Zapdos, Groudon, Rayquaza, Kingdra and Mewtwo. It seems as if most Pokemon I have can be wiped out easily, so I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Wow, your team is filled with ubers. Um .. did you properly train them with the EVs you had in mind? Because Rayquaza should be able to kill most Pokemon in one hit before it can even be Ice Beamed.

    Use this:

    Rayquaza@Leftovers
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Extreame Speed
-Aerial Ace / HP [Flying] (even though I 99.9% doubt that you will get a perfect power HP [Flying] in game)

If this is in game I also doubt that you EV train so I left that out. Also it's annoying to keep trying to get and Adamant nature Ray so don't worry about it I guess.

Since JAA standard format is 2v2, consider that Dragon Dancing Rayquaza and maybe Clefable/togetic with Follow Me to help Rayquaza set up. Also make sure to include pokemon that use Protect. Fake Out works surprisingly well in some situations too.
