Welcome to Kanto!
Welcome to the Kanto League - Again! Based on Pokemon Showdown, we're replicating the Kanto League in competitive battling
format. You'll be able to face the 8 gym leaders, the Elite Four, the Champion, along with a few familiar and new faces!
Can you make your way through Kanto once again?
General Rules
You're only allowed to use one team throughout your entire run through the league. You WILL be tracked, and any battles with a change in team will NOT be counted.
Changes in EVs, movesets, items, and natures are allowed in between battles, though.
In order to challenge the Champion, you'll need to beat the Elite Four.
In order to challenge the Elite Four, you need to have defeated any combination of minor and major gym leaders adding up to eight. The Elite Four are free to be challenged in any order, along with the minor leaders. Major leaders have to be defeated in the order of the games.
All battles are 6v6 and in single battle format.
This uses Smogon's X/Y OU rules format which you can find here.
All Pokemon in the Uber category are banned. Find them here.
Battles on Showdown are done on PC's battle server.
Leaders as well as challengers must post their battle replays to confirm and count the battle.
Rematch Windows:
Minor Leaders - Two challenges every 6 hours.
Leaders - Two challenges every 12 hours.
Elite Four - One challenge every 12 hours.
Champion - One challenge every 24 hours.
Misc. - Dependent on the character being challenged.
If you disconnect, retry the battle. Save the replays at all times if there is a type of conflict/dispute.
Follow PC's rules.

If you want to sign up as a leader, below is what is expected of you. If you do not follow these, your battles will not be counted.

Inter-League Battles
Inter-League Battles are battles between league members!
The same rules for normal battles applies to Inter-League battles.
We do encourage you all to spectate these battles if possible! They're sure to be fun!
There's no limit for rematches on Inter-League battles.
League members have a right to refuse/ respectfully decline a battle with another league member.
Inter-League battles will not be counted unless the replay is saved and posted by both members.
"Other Characters" may do Inter-League battles as well.
