This are test pictures from a project I was working on. Can't post the full youtube link since I'm still new here, but I still have got a lot to work to do.

My goal is to make then as realistic as I can respecting the original art.

    Criticism is welcome.

That's actually for the better, to be honest, because plugging your youtube channel is considered advertizing and is therefore against the rules at PC. But with just your photography you're in the clear here! Just make sure you read the rules. :)

I recommend you look into photography's different principles. You've got good quality photos and your actual Hoppip inserts came out very well, but I think your work could really shiny with a brushing up on some basics on photography. Here, this is a super simple PDF that illustrates a brief history of photography, the different principles of photographic design, and what that means while you're behind the camera. You've got good work here, that much is a fact, but I think some very small things can really make it stand out.

Best of luck to you! Let us know how it goes! :)

{XD}Thank you , good to know my method worked. I avoided taking pictures that resemble any kind of structure or technique, it makes the 3d models more realistic when it comes to compositing it (amateur looking footage+ 3d = Realistic rendering) or at least that is my formula. It happens that I am a professional photographer as well as filmmaker without mentioning 3d artist. excellent PDF by the way.

    Regarding the video

"• You may post youtube videos for feedback/reviews in your gallery. AMVs, MMVs, Speed Painting/Sketching are forms of art, after all. However, posting a youtube video is something that should be done sparingly."

This is what I read before posting the pics. If there is another way to show a video, i would like to know it, as my projects are related to cinematography.

Oh! Yeah as long as they are art based or in some way illustrate your artistic talents, you are all good. :)

And hey, the formula makes sense to me. Like "found footage" = authentic movie, only not terrible lol.
