Reanimator [MtG]

No...I mean find nine more Swamp cards. I only have eleven at the moment.

Kokusho probably.

That's what I was hoping you would say, lol.

Yeah use two Kokusho.

Also...

-1 Swamp (OH YEAH 19 SWAMPS. Doesn't beat my all-time low of 13 lands in another one of my decks.)
-3 Last Rites

+4 Demonic Tutor

No more topdecking. My draws for lands have been fine with just 20. One land less can't hurt, right? All I really need is three mana anyway.

Rules question now.

THE RULES said:
420.5e If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are in play, all are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule." If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn't apply.

601.12. The "legend rule" (see rule 420.5e) applies to a permanent only if other legendary permanents with the same name are within its controller's range of influence.

Example: Alex has range of influence 1, and Carissa has range of influence 2. Rob sits between them. If Alex controls a legendary permanent and Carissa puts a legendary permanent with the same name into play, only the one controlled by Carissa will be put into a graveyard.
Okay, the impression of legends that I got from my friends is that there can't be two identical legends in play. If two of the same legends are in play and both are under the control of different players, both are sent to the graveyard. That matches up with the rules above. But if there are two identical legends in play under the control of the same player, that player can opt to sacrifice just one of the legends.

Is that so?

You have a Keiga on the field. I sent out a Keiga of my own. Both are killed, corect?

I have a Keiga on the field. I send out another Keiga. What happens then?

I've already spent enough money on this deck. I doubt I'm going to fork over another $30-$40 to get myself 2-3 Jittes.

Thirty dollars isn't that much at least for me. I spent way to much money on my White Weenie deck only to have gotten it lost/stolen. Didn't stop me though. Find someone to sell you a Jitte for cheap or trade for it. It's about 45 for 3 Jittes.

...Can this still be revived? Eh...whatever.

Jittes wouldn't work in this anyway. They'd be useful, but reanimator decks are suppose to be about getting a fattie out fast and killing with it without having to spend mana on spells that aren't going to get more fatties out. And with a few new Guidpact cards out, Jitte would just slow me down.

Don't you love it when people take the time to format their posts properly? Hell, it's even in alphabetical order!! And it would've been a hell of a lot easier if PC had the [card][/card] function.

Anyway...Keiga is out for Yosei 'cause of the local metagame. Angel of Despair (whoo...go Guildpact) is in to deal with annoyances like Glare of Subdual and the new black leyline which essentially screws me over if it's in the opening hand, leaving me with no chance of victory. And hell, it's a 5/5 with evasion. Overall, there were very little changes.

Yes it can.

Jitte makes your guys big, plus it kills stuff and can give you life, it can keep you alive and win the game. Jitte can fit into any deck.

I wish it had the card database function.

oh ya guildpact...you think the Ghost Council of Orzhov'll do this one any good?

oh and Draik, please don't go spamming...unless you're making a suggestion for his deck, there's no reason for you to post that...
