    Duh So That You Can Have A Charizard With Surf Fly Flare Blitz And Shadow Claw (depending On What Is Higher Atk Or Sp.atk
     
    Because Charmander looks cute in water?

    I actually have a jumbo Pokemon card with Charmander and Pika- on a raft and Charmander is looking down at the water, scared.
     
    SO when it swims underwater it gets it's but whooped by thunder pokemon. xD
     
    surf would allow charmander to counter the ground type weakness, provided that it would attack first.

    I Wouldn't Dare Use The Surfing Charmander On An Actual Trainer Until It Was A Charizard Then It Would Be Very Hard To Beat
     
    That way I would kill the rock/ground types!!!
     
    It would give Charmander the one ability that Squirtle has which makes him better! =D
     
    I want one because it would be interesting to have a Surfing Fire type pokemon
     
    To have a great pokemon on my team to help me with battles to come
