You broke the sleep clause, which is no 2 pokemons can be asleep at the same time on one persons team :)
and you used sandstream as a mve, its allowed if it was an auto satrt by tyranitar or hippowdon.
and garchomp is uber on this site :)

i would say to become elite members you must be a long teerm member of the clan show your loyalty and batle skills.
and when ready the leader/founder will let them become elite. i think thats the best way =S
