I'm thinking of using Mixape on my team to get kill SkarmBliss and other threats. Who should I replace?

Heracross - Scarfed Physical Sweeper
Garchomp - Scarfed Physical Sweeper
Porygon Z - Scarfed Special Sweeper
Rhyperior - Physical Wall
Blissey - Special Wall
Gengar - Sashed Special Sweeper
 
Well Garchomp is uber to some people
So if your Nape is gonna be Physical you can switch him for that

If your making a Mixape more on the physical side switch heracross so you only have 1 Ice Weakness
If your making a Mixape on the special side switch porygon so you only have 1 Physical Weakness

having so many scarfed, you have less type coverage
 
I can make clones of my blisseys
But i have 2 of them
They have diffrent, IVs,EVs, Natures, Moves
