Actually, there was a glitch in Ruby and Sapphire that meant 4 or 5 of the IV's of the Lati twins equaled 0, and on Fire Red/Leaf Green, 4 of the IV's of the legendary dogs equaled 0.

asthegreat: Catch a Modest or a Timid ghastly. If you want it fast pick Timid but if you want it stonger pick Modest.
