3rd Gen Recently picked up LF again - need strategies!

So I think I'll actually try to train my team equally this time, instead of just steroid-ing my starter. Any tips on how to do that without taking too much time in-game? I want to keep my hall of fame time around 25 hours. Thanks guys. Yes, this is my first time actually training my team equally. :D

Just toss'em out in battle equally instead of letting one Pokemon soak up the sun, unless it's lagging in levels. I suggest just watching Slowflake's Pokemon LPs and you'll see what I mean. This is more of a simple question though, so feel free to post in the simple Q&A thread.
