Recruiting for Pokémon Aquamarine

Hi guys. I am recruiting for Pokémon Aquamarine, and this time, I really desperately need it. The only staff member is me at the moment; I have been mapping, scripting and spriting every inch of my game.

But, I am appalling at spriting and tilespriting, which is why I need somebody to really help me in that field.

What you need to be able to do
Overworld spriting - people
Overworld spriting - Pokémon
Overworld spriting - Tiles - FRLG style only, please
Battle spriting - Trainers
Battle spriting - Pokémon (Front)
Battle spriting - Back Pokémon

You HAVE to be able to do at least one of the above things well for me to accept you.

Now, you may also want to see a preview of the game. Well, there is a link in my signature for extensive plot information, character info, and screenshots. Also, if you get past stage 1 of the staff selection process, I will treat you to a very short snippet of demo.

Talking of selection process, here is the order.

Stage 1: Accepted by me as an excellent spriter
Stage 2: Asked questions about experience and general topics to do with the game and passed
Stage 3: Promoted to Aquamarine Staff Member
