4th Gen Red Gyarados shows again

    So the other day i was looking for a feebass, so i could evolve to a milotic and i was also looking for a dratini, and i also knew that only 4 tiles would get me that pokemon from the 800 tiles in the lake of mt.coronet still i went. 4 hours spent looking for them and nothing, so i said "only 1 more and i'm out of here and what do I fish? A MOTHERF***ING RED GYARADOS???!!!!

    So i had a pokemon with false swipe and i lowered is hp and i sent his ass to a poke ball. the only problem was after that same gyarados was on level 30 when the base on that underground lake was 32 and above and it had a red scale so i googled it and i found that there wasn't any chances of appearing a gyarados with a scale.
    even if you don't have proves i will state right here I DON'T USE CHEATS because of two things it just spoils the game play and ruins a game.

    so I ask you glitch, easter egg, or just coincidence?
     
    Dude, you got a shiny pokemon. Very rare, but possible. Good job.
    [edit] Scratch that. Read your post better, though the way you worded the post is still quite awkward. Anyways, I have no clue what happened with that. Slightly strange.

    Where did you get the information from, and for what version/s did it apply? Levels will often change in third versions.

    You say that Gyarados as to be at least level 32 in Mt. Coronet but this is FALSE as it starts from Level 30.

    You also claim that it was holding the Item Red Scale.

    Basically what your claiming is a lie, as the Item Red Scale is not even programmed into the D/P/PL games.

    Have you got a picture of this....?
     
    thanks for bolding the false i think i misread it, still, in diamond and pearl the initial TV broadcast was about a red gyarados
     
    yeah.... about that.... i'm using an emulator no$gba. Sorry I'm POOR.

    Not enough to give a Pokemon an item it shouldn't get. Unless there was another Pokemon who's supposed to get that in that route.

    Meh, maybe that's a bad ROM or something, or you discovered something awesome lol.

    yes your right i've been searching for the red gyarados and i did an hypothesis of the 42nd pokemon in a row to show up to be shiny... well you know what its false as hell i was getting sick of magicarps and that stupid old rod

    The only way to get a Red Gyarados is from the really early games.
    Its kinda weird....Though its just shiny.

    Actually, you can get a shiny Gyarados in all games except red/ble
     
    The Sinnoh Journal sticky and/or shiny stickies at the top of the page should be used for this sort of thing.
