This brings up something else I've been wondering:

How do you catch Pokemon? Or is it explained in the instruction booklet like it...should...be...OK, nevermind...but something that I DON'T think is in there:

How do you/are you able to catch Legendaries? Which ones?
 
Legendaries you get after you beat the first part of the game, which is stopping a meteor by defeating Rayquaza, after that you can switch who the team leader is, evolve, and get legendaries, but getting Legendaries to join is much more difficult than getting normal pokemon, so its best to use a Easy Recruit cheat code XD...
 
I have the strategy guide and it says:

Hey here is a wonder mail that involves plusle and minun. I think you escort Miniun to PLusle, but it could be vice versa. But anyway, whoever you escort gets added to your game, Thunderwave Cave B4F-B5F.

Too bad lol. I am in the cloud dungeon(rayquaza's sky tower) about to go fight rayquaza lol. I have NO cheats for this game btw lol. I'll go try to find some after I own rayquaza... I recruited a duskull but I dobut it can live rayquaza, its lived 10 floors so far. And that whole water on blue fire on red isn't true, the same level of getting pokemon based on answers and gender. I got mudkip and I play red rescue team. My partner is torchic... so naturally it walks on lava I walk on water lol. Its best to get a grass fire relationship because anything fire is weak against grass is strong against.
 
Got a problem here i have finish the game is and still the story goes on that is great but the problem is there is a cave where evolution take place and brfore enter the only one pokemon can enter and my partner <pikachu> follow me everywhere and i can i get in there????
 
You can now send him away...the only problem is if you do that...he won't ever follow you auto ever again...
 
I have absolutely no idea...and how could you not understand me...

How hard was that to understand?
 
I finally got BRT and I'm trying to recruit all the available Pokemon, but my partner keeps knocking them out. I could use an actual attack to knock them out, but I don't know if that would work or not. Do you need to use the "normal" attack to recruit or can you use actual attacks (Tackle, Quick Attack, etc)?
 
It can be any attack but I think it needs to be from your attack and you need their friend area.
 
That would be in the Stormy Sea....and the Dogs are in Lightning Field, Fiery Field, and Northwind thingy...and Ho-Oh is in Mt Faraway. and Mewtwo is in Western Cave.
