4th Gen Red scyther?

    So my friends and I are playing Defiance and we happened to start talking about Pokemon. One of them claimed that they had a red scyther and the rest of them jumped in and said "oh yeah! I remember that!"

    I'm trying to tell them that they're crazy and there's no such thing as a red scyther, but they keep saying stuff like, "If we all remember having one, there must have been one." or "You don't have to believe me, but I know I had one."

    So...am I the crazy one, or are they? I know it's them.
     
    Nope! There is no red Scyther. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think shiny scyther is a lighter shade of green with an orange tint? Anyway, they must be thinking of Scizor.
     
    A shiny Scyther is a darker green so they were probably mistaken for Scizor.
     
    This thread lacks a proper backbone of discussion, so I'll close this up. Please don't let this deter you however from posting topics (perhaps a bit broader) about the fourth generation of games! 8)
