Red Seth/Wes Ash and Mirror B

Four sprites, I can't decide which Seth/Wes to use.

Need some serious advice and maybe some suggestions.

Anyways I'm really not liking their right arms, but I don't know how to work it out.
Seth's cloak thing's flap things are also bugging me, but I don't know what's wrong with them, and um
here's some things I used as references:
FireRed, Seth/Wes, and Ash's Hoenn clothes, and I can't find a good Mirror B one.

I've been told Seth has some readability issues, but I'm not sure I believe it.
(Then again I drew it so I know what every thing's supposed to be)

The second A=Seth is definitely better than the first. It's nice to see some Iso work. I really like Mirror B and Ash, though i feel Mirror B's afro could run smoother (Around the transition between red to white)
