Yah, you would have seen something about them if they were real. And adding more would be overdoing it, they aren't trying to make another Eevee clan.

Another ???-type Pokemon? There isn't one as of yet. Arceus can theoretically become ???-type since there is a sprite for it in the game, but no one knows if it's attainable.

As for another Regi: complete overkill. Regigigas was a bit of over kill for me as well, but eh...

If they are even ever going to make more Regis, I doubt that they would be those types. Also, they would have to be in the next pkmn game, coming up. And I seriously doubt that details on it are being released yet.
