[Question] Region Maps , How do you make them?

I need to make a region map so that I can layout my game and help me with mapping however I dont know how to make one nor do I know anyone who does. Any help will be appreciated.

You basically take a graphic editor like Paint.Net or GIMP2, and then you draw a map.

Moreover, I have made a gen 3 world map palette (fr/lg and rse world map) palette:

For gen 4 and above (hgss,dppt,bw,bw 2,etc.) check out spriter's resource for tiles or palettes, whatever they give.

And for making them, use paint or gimp or paint.net or photoshop (whatever u prefer). Select a color, scribble, fill and repeat.
