[Question] Regional dex distrubution per gym, is it good or does it need improvement?

    This is what I'm thinking of for the regional dex of my game. Does this regional dex's distribution need improvement? While the amount of mons available before Gym 1 is similar to more recent official games, the difference here is that it is like 90% new mons (and even all of the returning mons before Gym 1 have a new member of the evolutionary line). Even a bit over a third of the regional dex (75/207) is obtainable before the second gym. Should the Pokemon be distributed better throughout the pokedex, or is this distribution just fine?
