For those of you who cant get this to work, check to see if you have 64-bit windows (Start>Right-click Computer>Properties>check under system, then system type. If it says "64-bit operating system", then, well, your operating system is 64-bit).

If your system is 64-bit, you must put the OCX in C:\Windows\SysWOW64, not C:\Windows\System32. Then open Command Prompt as Administrator, type:

C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\insertocxnamehere

Then the message pops up that says it has been registered. It worked for me (after many hours of searching)!!
