I've drawn a Litwick for the ghost house:

Rather struggled with it's nose... also never realized it had one... always thought it had a mouth there rofl.

My first attempt at making some Pokemon Emoji's... did a heart eyes Pikachu and Meowth =3
Drew them with their mouths closed as well as open as I could not decide which I liked more while drawing.... putting them side-by-side now though, I feel like the open mouth ones are better. Anyway...

I tried to make a shocked eevee emoji:

But I kinda like it more without the blue 'shocked' effect I tried to mimic:

Which I guess is pretty much just a surprised eevee ? =P


Also made a thumbs up emoji that's actually Pokemon based:

Initially drew just the hand... but it just kinda looked like someone chopped off the poor Pokemon's hand to me

Finally finished drawing Chandelure... kept going back and forth on so many things on this. Did a little purple highlights in the flames for example... did not see this in Chandelure images on google, but just didn't feel right without it... not 100% happy with it, but it at least looks like a Chandelure lol

It was a massive pain in the butt to draw (spent all day yesterday drawing the body and another 5 hours today for just the ghostly tentacle wings...), but looking at it combined with the ghost house it just looks cool to me

Also, something I've always wondered: what is your process of drawing these pieces? They're very cool, looking like a weird blend of 2d and 3D at the same time! How do you do it?

That Giratina compared to the ghost house is ridiculously gigantic lol

I mean, Snek mode Giratina is basically 7 meters long (6.9 m). Which should be the size of just the body, not counting those shadowy wing tentacles. I did initially have it a bit smaller, but it felt too small to me xD

Also, something I've always wondered: what is your process of drawing these pieces? They're very cool, looking like a weird blend of 2d and 3D at the same time! How do you do it?

I just picture a pose, try to draw the line work for it, and then use some references by google searching for some images or using Serebii's dex images for the correct colors. The latter I only started doing because whenever I try to approximate the colors myself they always end up being off by a bit.
There's probably a tool to do the shading for me and I could use the lines tool for linework, but like... I just prefer to draw by hand so I always pass on that xD



Edit: Reusing my post to attach a new version of the ghost house with Lavender's Drifblim added in.

Edit 2: Need a place to put some images for my css background for the Get Together... so temporarily dumping them here. Probably removing them after the GT.

Edit 3: Need to dump the team Aqua flair background somewhere too.
