Religion, a little problem on our hands?

You do know that the answer is no, don't you? ^_^

Just an example. v_v Can you do something, and just stop all religious discussions? In a Pokemon CHILDREN'S forum its not necessary. If it'll lead to flames, just cool it down and remove its existence from PC.
 
Ooookay, here we go...

Religion. Something I don't believe in. Members on PC DO get treated differently because of their religions. I myself am (or WAS) a satanist, and couldn't even say I didn't believe anything that the talking god-bot was true. People quickly saw this and went at me for it. In the end, it was sorted out, but I'm sure I would've been banned if I hadn't decided to lie and apologise for something I don't believe in.
And I got flamed a couple of times by some members who thought my halloween avatar was anti-religion (which it wasn't really) in a topic with nothing related to them at all. Only reason I didn't report them was because I thought it was a pointless thing to do. Only if I was acted against by the staff would I have done anything.

Oh, grudges can do many, terrible things to people. Believe me >=)

In all, I think religion topics should be banned. Same goes to those goth/emo topics. Even though some of us are goths and emos, some of us still find it hurtful to be called such.
 
well I'm an athiest so its really partly the admins choice. Some people take religion a tad to seriously though because like Max said the mod (I know who this is) went bezerk from what I've heard

This didn't occur on the community, so by mentioning it, let alone after somebody else already has, you're provoking the person.

Well, even if it didn't occur in the community - it does not mean the "grudges" issue won't pop up in their heads now would it?

Grudges are the backbone of us. Even though we might say we don't or won't hold a grudge for something, even if it is apologised for, we still bite back. Trust me on that one:bandit:

Must I repeat myself? Just stop all religious discussions. In a Pokemon CHILDREN'S forum its not necessary. If it'll lead to flames, just cool it down by removing its existence from PC.

I'm not sure if you've noticed, but there haven't been any religious discussions for several months now. The rule isn't needed.
 
And how are we supposed to know that PMs = Moderators Lounge?
