Remake of PBR for Pokemon Platinum?

That would be sooooooooo cool! Better graphics! I did like the trainer custimization, too, because I can look like me!
 
I hope so, especially if there's an rpg mode and/or minigame
 
Is this new Pokemon game on the Wii rumor confirmed?
 
Not in the slightest. Heck, maybe just a patch or something for Platinum to be workable with PBR would be made instead. :/
 
IMO they wouldn't make a remake for it. They've released it not too long ago, and can see a patch or something being far more viable then another PBR, tbh.

...but PBR, not to mention Colosseum and XD, was made by Genius Sorinity, NOT Game Freak...

And feasibly - what would be the benefit from making the game for the producers? Little (if any) profit will be made as there would already be PBR there. Many people with Platinum would already have PBR. People without Platinum would buy the cheaper and rather similar PBR. And why do another PBR game when they could work on other projects that would make them more $$$, like a Wii RPG, or a GS remake even?
 
I think it is more likely that a patch will be released to fix the compatibility issue.
 
Quite bluntly, I think the DSi has to be the most retarded and cheap idea Nintendo has made yet. If they start making games for that dumb thing, I'm goning to be pissed, I've only had a DS lite for about a year, and already they are trying to shove another new handheld down my throat that is going to be an outrageous 180 dollars >_>
 
PBR IS compatible with Platinum. Although I'm pretty sure that you cannot see Oritina, Skymin, or the AlteRotoms.

I agree, The dsi won't even have a gba game slot, so say good bye to guitar hero, and games that use the rumble pack, and some of the better features in pkmn d/p/p, although luckily, the dsi won't come out in america because of how many people are buying the ds lite. Just letting you download stuff isn't a good thing if you can't play your favorite gba games anymore, nintendo should of just made a ds game that lets you do that with memory cards that fit into the gba slot. The reason they didn't do this (in my opinion) is they think that a new system will make more money. If they don't let us play ds games on the next gen handheld, I will be pissed, because the main problem (note I said main, not only) with the third gen, was that you can't trade pokemon from r/b/y/g/s/c to them, which means no mew that you got in r/b/y from the glitch :(

Nintendo will not release a patch. The Wii isn't like that. It is possible, but very, very unlikely. PBR probably won't be compatible with Platnium and if it is, I'm sure Oratina and Skymin will come up fine. They would have planned this beforehand, and I don't know of anyone hacking the game, but I'm sure that if they did, they would see all Platnium forms there.
 
No, I really don't think they're going to bother with a remake for Pokemon Battle Revolution just for Pokemon Platinum.

You should still be able to trade over Pokemon from Platinum to PBR anyways.
