Remakes in PokeSupe?

Soul...I like that name. I can't wait to see what her backstory is.
 
Well, the new girl will obviously be in it, and Gold, Silver, and Crystal will return. Maybe even Red. Possibly, the new girl will be related to Crystal somehow. Yes? No? :D
 
i have two ideas as to who this new character is,
either it be a character redesign of crys(though it was said that in game she is not the same female protagonist)
or a new character altogether, maybe a "yellow" of the johto dex holders where she doesn't get a pokedex until much later in the series.
 
Maybe they would add another arc, if not, then maybe a side story chapter having something to do with Gold's Pichu with the notched ear Pichu.
 
I don't think they'll replace Crys just like that. If you're going to insert a new character in a story, it's not just a name you'd have to come up with-they'd have to give 'Soul' a personality, back story, history, somehow insert how she'd end up in the overall plot, make her a dex holder, create interactions with other characters and dex holders, etc(Although I have very limited experience when it comes to writing)...Besides, what would happen to Crys herself? If she falls back as a background character, a lot of Crys fans and any Crys related shippers are going to be unhappy. Including me :(
