[Script] Removing Feebas Tiles (RSE)

I'm trying to remove Feebas Tiles from Route 119 for game balance, but can't figure out a simple way of doing so. I took a look at this post, but I'm not skilled enough at scripting to figure out what to do based off this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are using the decomp, you can simply remove the feebas check here.
