I Need Help With Removing The Truck Intro In Pokemon Ruby

You can use the tool "Advanced IntroEd" by Zel to remove the truck introduction on both Ruby and Emerald.

You could change the starting map or edit the truck map so you can actually warp to the place you want to warp.

Where's the truck map in advance map to edit

I looked through the ROM for Emerald, so it might not be exactly the same, and found it in folder 25 with all the secret base maps.
