Okay and yes, they played with me. And I show them my Pokemons. We tried to catch Raikou and Latios in different versions. But they keep escaping.

Yes, I caught some Pokemons in the few days. But today I still can't catch Raikou. Can you give me some tips?

  1. Stock up on repel.
  2. Train your Pokemon to around level forty.
  3. Make sure you have lots of potions.
  4. Use a sleep inducing move.
  5. Weaken the Pokemons stats.

Thanks and I am using Dugtrio against Raikou. It's Lv 53. I bought some repels already. And I have Vileplume and Bellossom in the PC, they got Sleep Powder too.
