It isn't a site. It's a program called Adobe Photoshop. If you want to get it, just type in adobe photoshop in google and you can get the 30 day free trial.

Personally Nazo, I'd say you start with Gimp. It's like Photoshop, only it's Easy to begin with. Type it into Google. I started with Gimp!
