Replacement for Ribombee + more?

Hello! So I'm hoping to finish my first competitive team for doubles (or at least for online battles, as I honestly have started making teams before but have never finished one) So far I don't have much certainty for this current team other than almost one completely set up pokemon.

First thing on my mind is a pokemon that I used in a festival battle: Ribombee

I've always found Ribombee to be an adorable Pokémon that I've always wanted to use, but never really looked into cause it seemed not very good. However, recently I used a Ribombee set that I thought was interesting in the festival battle thing (although admittedly flawed). Here is the pokemon below:

Ribombee
Shield Dust, Timid(-atk,+spd), assumingly max evs in speed and special attack
-Pollen Puff
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-U-turn

I really like the concept of this set, which increases the defenses of a team, can heal allies and damage foes with pollen puff, and exit using u-turn if needed to. It's speed also allows to to out speed a good amount of Pokémon I believe (I remember the speed stat being like around 224 or so, but that might be wrong). However, if facing anything that isn't weak to bug it can be unreliable.

Unfortunately, this pokemon also might not fit well with my team so far. My current plan includes:
-Clefable: Supposed to be paired with Volcarona. Has follow me to stop incoming hits towards Volcarona and allow it to set up quiver dance. I think it will have unaware for this but if it changes roles than maybe instead magic guard. To be honest I've always just really wanted to use Clefable.
-Volcarona: Basically your common hard hitting set with quiver dance and some special moves. Has Flame body as well. This is the pokemon I have almost completed. Max evs in speed and special attack.
-Rotom(washing machine form): I feel kinda weird using this Pokémon because it's a Pokémon that everyone in competitive seems to use. However, I really like it so whatever. I don't really have much planned for this one, but I'm thinking of making it a choice scarf or choice specs pokemon with volt switch and other moves.

Because of Volcarona and Clefable, Ribombee's typing is a little poor for the team. Plus, this team is so far an OU team and Ribombee is RU. Therefore, does anyone know any good replacements for a Ribombee with this kind of set? Also, any advice for what Pokémon I should consider using for the rest of my team?

If it's a doubles team, I wouldn't worry about tiering like OU or RU, as those are based off of singles battles.

If you're going to use that set on Ribombee, I'd say go for max HP instead of SpAtk, since you only have one Special move. I also don't know if Stealth Rocks are common in doubles, but it might be worth to put Defog on Rotom (or Ribombee) or a Rapid Spinner to clear hazards away for Volcarona, which I think you're building around. Also I think a Physical attacker would be nice, as a fallback plan.
