    How do you look at your Reputation Comments, and can you see who said them??

    And also It says Mine is turned off, How do I change that??

    You just go into your User CP, hit Edit Options and tick the box where it says 'Show Your Reptutation'.

    Also, the reason for not being able to see who's given you reputation is because it could cause arguments. If someone were to give another person a bad rep for something, the person who was negatively repped could blow it out of proportion and start a massive fight. Don't shoot me down bby saying that people are more mature than that, because it's not true. Especially not here. Here, it's all too possible to start a fight over the most trivial matter. The other reason would be that the reputation system would be less fun if you knew who had given you the rep, and that way you won't be able to give them reputation back for the soul sake of saying thanks.
     
    Yeah, like Rekhyt said, that could cause problems. On other forums you can sometimes see who said them, and it does NOT turn out good.
