can i request a banner for top of a forum?

the words i want on there are Pokemon Reflection.

any pokemon art will do on there.

If you want to request for a banner, I suggest either posting in the Official Request Thread, or maybe there are some graphics shops in the Graphics & Photography subforum that are willing to make a a forum banner for you.

Be sure to check the rules within the request threads before posting a request, though :x
