Can you make me a Pikachu with dark blue eyes standing in a field glowing slightly. Glow color blue. Could you add a lght breeze? If not then forget it.

Hey lex I'm glad the thread has been revived. Could you make me a Pikachu with dark blue eyes standing in a field and glowing slightly. (Yeah I requested this already but I'll request again:P) I'd like it to be glowing slightly the same color as it's eyes. And a light breeze blowing trough the field but that part's optional. Plus I'd like it to be thinner than a normal Pikachu. Thanks in advance.
 
Yeah, there is an exception in the rules for reviving threads in the Art Gallery if the creator of the thread has returned to post more art. :)
You should be able to use oekaki for your requests!
 
I have no idea what Forest Grovyle is talking about, but that's besides the point. If you are not too busy with others, I would like to ask for a Registeel. Other than the pokemon itself, you can do whatever you want with it. And in return for your services, I'll do something for you in paint. Sound like a plan?
