I already have a Scizor myself, but if you attach the Heart Scale to yours and trade it over I'll teach it BP for you. Are you in a rush, 'cause I'm backed up at the moment.

Sure, a Heart scale is Fine. But you might want to see my Scizor before you Decline
keeping a copy.
