If you used codes(and you did) there is no way to tame it,sorry. And if you traded it(which is inposible) ,u=it will still not behave...

To get mew you need to go to faraway island on Emerald(and you need a ticket for it, and nintendo hasn't given any to anybody),and when you don't have the ticket then you can't trade mew.
