[Other] Resizing Sprites

Hi, I was trying to replace some of the sprites from the Smogon sprite project, for x and y sprites.
However, I have had issues when I resize them to 64x64,
Is there any easy way to do this? Regards

Check out MrDollSteak's sprite project. They already have a lot of good quality ones.
