[Question] Resources/Help for Pokemon TCG for GB

I would very much like to create a modified version of the Pokemon TCG game for gameboy, moreso than the hack I previously released. Specifically, I want to make a Johto hack, where most of the pokemon are replaced with generation 2 pokemon, inspired by those sets.

However it's become very clear that I cannot make this hack unless I specifically know how to either edit the evolutionary lines of pokemon OR alter the types of pokemon in the game. I can do everything else except for that and trainer editing.

I ask for assistance with this if anyone knows how to do it, or even if anyone knows how to find the call signs for offsets in hex for attacks names, types, etc. I also ask that if anyone knows any resources or tools for this game, please post them down below. I already know of one, by Junkyard Guard ( https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/417812)

If you are planning to mod a gameboy game, you may want to look at Rom Hacks Studio instead.
