    Infernape- Focus Sash
    Blaze
    Naive
    EV's:
    64 Atk/206 Spd/240 Sp.Atk
    -Close Combat
    -Fire Blast
    -Stealth Rock
    -Fake Out

Standard Lead Infernape. Close Combat and Fire Blast provide reliable and strong STAB, while Fake Out renders Focus Sashes useless.

    Zapdos- Lefties
    Pressure
    Timid
    EV's:
    248 HP/218 Def/32 Spd/12 Sp. Atk
    -Thunderbolt
    -Heat Wave
    -Thunder Wave/ Light Screen/ Roost
    -Hidden Power [Grass]

Physically Defensive. Thunderbolt and Heat Wave are staple moves of any Zapdos set and provide excellent coverage. T-Wave provides team support and slows down opponents, allowing the Glass Cannon to sweep later. T-wave is subject to change, though.

    Rampardos- Choice Scarf
    Mold Breaker
    Jolly
    EV's:
    4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch
    -Brick Break/Thunder Punch/Pursuit/Super Power

At last! The glass cannon himself! One of my favorite Pokemon. Quite unpractical, but unexpected. With Paralysis support from Zapdos, Blissey and Rotom, it can sweep harshly. Earthquake hits Gengar and Rotom, among others thanks to Mold Breaker. Fire Punch hits Celebi hard and overall gives great coverage along with Brick Break.

    Rotom H- Choice Specs
    Levitate
    Timid
    EV's:
    252 HP/28 Def/116 Spd/84 Sp. Atk/28 Sp. Def
    -Thunderbolt
    -Overheat
    -T-Wave
    -Trick

TrickSpecs Rotom. Trick on the first turn, then Thunder Wave to halt opponents and sweep. Thunderbolt and Overheat are pretty basic and staple of this particular Rotom Forme.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Starmie- Expert Belt
    Timid
    Natural Cure
    EV's:
    4 HP/252 Spd/252 Sp. Atk
    -Thunderbolt
    -Surf
    -Recover
    -Rapid Spin

Pretty straight forward. Thunderbolt and Surf provide powerful attacking moves. Recover allows Starmie to last longer, while Rapid Spin takes care of entry hazards. Now that Toxic Spikes is gaining some popularity in the OU metagame, being able to recover from being poisoned by switching comes in handy.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Blissey- Lefties
    Bold
    EV's:
    252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp. Def
    -Seismic Toss
    -Aromatherapy
    -Softboiled
    -Thunder Wave

What can I say? Pretty basic Blissey setup here. As I've said before, Thunder Wave slows down other Pokemon so that Rampy and the others can sweep.

That's pretty much it. Please give advice and please back it up with a reasonable argument. Thanks!

What strikes me about this team right away is that for something that sounds like it's supposed to be centered around a Rampardos sweep, it seems quite unlikely that that could ever happen. First of all, you are using Scarf Rampardos, which believe it or not totally lacks the power to actually sweep. It's also locked in on one attack, and it's not particularly speedy either. For example, Fire Punch is only 3HKOing defensive Celebi. It's weak and restricted...way too much to sweep.

Equally important is the total lack of support it has. You have nothing to lure in its many counters, namely Hippowdon, Celebi, Swampert, Skarmory, and more. I mean, no one in their right mind keeps Hippowdon in on Starmie or Rotom-H.

The idea of the team is good but poorly executed. If you're going after a sweep, Blissey probably wouldn't be as helpful as something like Selfdestruct Snorlax. Right now, Rampardos is ironically the big misfit on your team, and that's not taking into account the disadvantages of the set you're running, which, as I mentioned earlier, are numerous.

If you want Rampardos to sweep, don't run that set. Then you'll want to use Pokemon that can destroy or significantly weaken its counters. Flygon or physical Salamence are good potential candidates. Also, don't forget about Pursuit users like Scizor and Tyranitar, especially the latter, as its Sandstorm support boosts Rampardos' horrible Special Defense.

Mainly agreeing with what anti said here.

I made a Rampardos sweep team and it needs one hell of alot of things to work.

Some things you might want to consider are : -

    1. Spikes :- Basically with spikes support a SD LO Head Smash has a chance to OHKO the standard Hippowdon and other bulky ground types like swampert.

    2. Dual Screens : - One of the biggest requirements imo for Rampardos because of its insane frailness, cool you set up in comes a revenge killer. >_>

    3. Baton Pass : - Agility and/or Swords Dance Pass to it or it cant sweep.

    4. Sort out rampardos set : - Scarf sucks on something you mean to sweep with mainly for the reasons Anti stated. Use an all out attacking set @ Life Orb.

    So yeah.
