Belly Hariyama with Endure-Reversal-Salac Berry? Hmmm. I don't think Hariyama will last long enough. Belly Drum and then get taken out by Salamence with HP Flying. Endure-Reversal is good, but don't use Belly Drum.

I wouldn't put Rest on Rakiou because Dugtrio will Earthquake you and...well...you know the rest.

I'd teach Altaria Thunder/Thunderbolt over Fire Blast because the most common IB users are Water-types, not Ice-types. Don't plan on doing anything to Regice.

You could use Snorlax over Hariyama and make it a special sweeper, which is lol.

And YoMama, use a Pokedex next time. Altaria can't learn Thunder/Thunderbolt.
