It's back! =O

I became a spriter over three and a half years ago, but after getting bored with fusions and edits, I posted my first custom Fakemon sprite, Reynile:

Everyone went crazy over it for reasons still unknown to me. He's been borrowed for more hacks, fangames, rpgs and fanfics than I can count.

About a year and a half later, after becoming established with Fakemon spriting, I got frustrated with Reynile's incorrectly done anatomy and bizarre shading and redid it in a solidly R/S style...but it wasn't even custom—just a thorough Suicune edit:

But now, after practicing at D/P style, I've finally gotten a sprite with which I'm satisfied of my first-sprited and most well-known Fakemon, Reynile:

His design is still just as simple and bland as always, and I've considered altering it, but I just can't. At least his anatomy is unique (seriously...dog body, cat paws, feathered ears, dragon neck and tail, and a head that doesn't match anything. oO I'm still not even sure if he's a mammal or a reptile.)

So yeah...whoo. =P

Wow. The shading and the light parts are very well placed. I'd like to see what you do next!

your first fakemon looks... uhm.. Proffesional for a first fakemon.. might be by training with fusions..

Very nice. Outlining needs some work though. Other than that, good job! :D
