4th Gen Rhyhorn

Well, hello Pokecommunity. This is my first post on these forums.

Right now im playing some platinum and i am trying to build up a strong Rhydon. Currently i have an rhyhorn who hatched from an egg.
Btw i already beat the game

Rhyhorn Male
Lightning Rod
Adamant Nature
Strong Willed
Lvl 33
Attack 95
Defense 81
Sp Atk 29
Sp Def 33
Speed 31
Moveset
Now: Take Down, Rock Blast, Stomp and Horn Drill
Future: Horn Drill, Rock Blast, Earthquake and Stone Edge

I'm having trouble with the EV yield stuff, idk if it is working or not and where should i train my rhyhorn. Please give advice on which stat i should boost, i plan on using rhydon for offline/online battle tower and every day use. I am wondering if my Rhyhorn has about or above average normal speed.

Hiya, your best option is to browse the Strategies and Moveset forum, in particular their EV training guide. Future competitive battling questions belong in their Request a Moveset / Simple Q&A Thread. Ultimately, feel free to use the EV yields and movesets explained at Smogon to perfect your Rhyhorn.
