I've got one.
The selfdestruction was not my fault.
Nor am I to blame.
For the damage he caused.

Who am I?

Oh and for the riddle above my post i think the answer is Mewtwo or Voltorb or Electrode.
 
Sorry wrong. Think what damage could one cause to stop another pokemon from appearing in the anime.

To those who are worthy.

Our powers are the same
But in the past we were stronger.
We are the same
But the appearance is what separates us.

There are many of us
Equal in number
To those who resemble us.
Find us.

We are a rarity
A prize
Something to be kept
And cherished.

What kind of Pokemon am I talking about?
 
I am a Pokemon,
I am one of the best,
When I use my roar,
Pokemon get obsessed

I am tall and great with might,
I use my claws and mouth to fight,
I also have rivalry with another dragon,
His name is Palkia, The little wagon.

I am blue and silver all over me,
I don't like Palkia as you can see,
The spikes on my back is very sharp,
Don't get me angry, I killed Magikarp.

Now you must guess what is my name,
Isn't this how you play the game?,
This is a riddle as you can see,
Guess the name of the Pokemon.
I hope you get it right, Don't you agree? =3

Obviously, Shiny Pokemon, very easy indeed. They had higher stats in GSC.
