Is this that Hoenn episode when Ash figures out how to defeat Hariyama with Treecko? 'Cause that's the only sumo thing I can think of...

No, it's a Johto episode. That's why no one has any idea what these episodes are about.

Wasn't this the episode where Snorlax did sumo? IF so, I liked it. SNorlax is so awesome, it should replace pikachu. Just not on Ash's shoulder

Can't. Remember. Episode that well. I didn't even know one existed.

I find it so funny how no one seems to know the existence of 90% of Johto episodes XD

I actually saw that episode, and I actually remember it (heh, Snorlax ate all of the pokesnacks after winning them.)

I do have one thing to ask about the episode (well, not quite the episode, but things aired with it). Did this episode have that terrible "Socka Party" musical commercial airing with it? I remember that it was either "Ring Masters" or that episode with the Hitmontop's somewhat coordinator-like dojo trainer.

Seriously, why does no one remember any Johto episodes but remembers Kanto and Hoenn?

Anyway, the episode was pretty good; one of the better Johto fillers.

^This episode wasn't a filler, though. The prize that Ash won, the Kings Rock, was later used to evolve Misty's Poliwhirl (Albeit several episodes later, but still.).
