    Thats the item description

    bulbapedia says it multiplies exp by 1.5 times

    For the 2 people I was planning on trading with:

    It keeps logging me out with the 86420 error code. I know it has to do with the firewall and that had no effect. I have to go right now. Maybe later tonight we can make these transactions. All good?
