Do you think he'll appear in Sinnoh? It's been years since he and Ash have seen one another. I'm hoping he'll appear at the Sinnoh Conference with:
Pikachu
Charizard
Swellow
Buizel
Tyrannitar
Butterfree

He won't appear in Sinnoh or ever. He's just a perfect version of Ash and used to show how much Ash had to learn.

Honestly, I'd rather have Casey, Sakura, or Angie appear again. Maybe Jimmy as well.

I hope not, I found him really annoying :/ There doesn't seem much reason in him coming back for the league, Barry and Paul are much more interesting rivals.

With greater Rivals like Paul and Gary(who sorta doesn't count) showing up in Sinnoh, there is no reason for Ritchie to show up here.

He's irritating and I don't like his voice (though I'm all right with Ash's)...
So, I pretty much just stated what everyone has already said...
Ah well. Don't like him and don't think he should return.

I doubt Ritchie will appear again. He's outclassed by Barry as the friendly rival and Paul outclasses Ritchie as a better rival overall.
