    The Story
Somewhere in Japan there is a city with a whopping three high schools. The first, called Gorin High, thrived on its athletic program, educating some of the finest athletes in the country. The second, named Pacific High, a private school that boasts higher standardized test scores that have been unrivaled for some time. The third and final school, named Taiyo High, doesn't boast anything too out-of-the ordinary as far as high schools go, but the students there have school spirit and fighting prowess that the others can't come close to.
These three rival schools have had several conflicts, resulting in property damage, gang fights, and much worse. However, now the Superintendant of the district plans to either combine the three schools or shuffle up the student roster of all three in hopes to cease the conflict at hand.
However, getting that to happen might be a little harder than the Superintendant might think, as other forces are at work here...

The residing students that attend the schools are uneasy about this proposition, upon requesting the school not merge the three together or students, there denied each time and punishment is giving for the ones that constantly keep pestering.
Of course the students will not take no for an answer, some are even planning to go to more drastic mesaures..

    The Premise
Lame beginning story aside (sorry about that, folks), we got three schools you can sign your RP character up for, whether he/she be a student or faculty member. Let's try to keep the groups even, though (about three or four RPers to each school). Classes probably won't be held during the RP (unless you like roleplaying Chemistry class, of course ).

    The Schools
Here are the three schools you may attend, which determines your affilation and possible specialties.

    -=Gorin High=-
    Description: The most athletic school.
Uniform: None, although most students wear their athletic jerseys/equipment to school.
Character "Classes:" if you want to RP an athlete, this'll be your school. You can be a soccer goalie, baseball pitcher, you name it.
    Other notes: None.

    -=Pacific High=-
Description: Smartest school. Also has the wealthiest students, as well as the most foreign exchange students.
    Uniform:
Character "Classes:" Pretty much anything will work here. Most students here study band or take other clubs, in case you need some ideas.
Other notes: Largest foreign exchange student enrollment at 80% of student body. Chances are, if you want to be a foreign exchange student, you'll go here.

    -=Taiyo High=-
    Description: Most spirited school.
Uniform: all students wear a quarter-sized badge bearing the schools insignia. Otherwise, they can wear whatever they want.
    Character "Classes:" Anything'll work here.
Other notes: School policy dictates that students at Taiyo can't have part-time jobs during the school year.

'Class' Recommendations: pretty much anything goes as far as it'll work in a high school setting. For example, a journalism would be able to write up stories about (imminent) brawls, blind people with a camera flash, uh...and chuck newspapers at assailants. Another example: a woodshop student would have...uh...+5 to 2x4 combat? This is pretty much left up to you RPers, but be sure to ask for my approval if you're not sure it'll be allowed.

About teachers/faculty: take note that while students might cruise around picking fights, faculty members probably won't have the same liberty. They can, however, use and abuse their power...

    Name: Xion Zygfryd
    Gender: Male
    Age: 16
    *Blood Type: AB

Appearance: Xion once had light blonde hair, which was spiked up and down over his eyes in a punkish look, but when his hair started to gray as an after-effect of his illness, he dyed his hair black, in a way of hiding his illness from the world and himself. Though, this hardly makes much of a difference, seeing as he is still deathly thin and is only slightly tan due to his ethnicity, but is otherwise still quite pale. Xion has deep emerald eyes that are always partially closed, except for the moment right before he begins to fall victim to his illness. He has a number of tattoo's, including three diagonal black lines on his right cheek, and fifteen squares of different sizes making an abstract shape on his left arm. "Live" is written in very large chinese characters up and down his back, but this tattoo is rarely seen, as it is mostly covered by his tattered sleeveless black shirt, which is so long is drapes five inches past his hip, covering a good amount of his dark denim jeans which are also much too long, collecting on top of his black motorcycle boots. Xion wears a number of thick black metal wristbands and bracelets on his left arm, but only one matches his white metal choker which heavily resembles a collar, down to lock and the key hanging around his neck on a silver chain. This bracelet looks very light, but is actually extremely heavy, for reasons unknown to anyone but Xion, and is also made of white metal, and shares the same key as the choker. In his back pocket is a black handkerchief that he doesn't go anywhere without.

*Likes: Strategy and Logic Puzzles/Games, Books, Rain, Quiet, Manga
*Dislikes: Loud, annoying people, Sports, Sweets, Sun, Picture books, TV, Medicine, Hospitals
*Subject(s) Good At: Math, Science, History
*Subject(s) Bad At: Language Arts, French
Part-Time Job (if applicable): Book Store Clerk

Personality: Xion is very laid back person who is calm and collected. He is very quiet and despite his appearance, is very mature and responsible, which often conflicts the first impression. Xion is extremely detatched, spending little or no time outside of his home or the book store that his parents built due to his illness. It is because of this Illness that Xion has a hard time doing anything active, and always very concious of where he is. His self-confidence levels are a bit higher then others who share his illness, but is still low when it comes to anything but logic games. When it comes to logic games, he becomes a little overconfident, which makes him very sullen and silent after a loss. Xion is truly a very gentle and kind person, who dislikes violence and is nearly fearless, but it is imminent that he fears his illness, and becomes very bitter when the subject is brought up.

Back Story: Having suffered from tuberculosis for only a few years at best, Xion is still having trouble digesting this fact. As a child, he had terrible health, often collapsing in P.E. or the such, or coughing up storms whenever he exerted himself too much. This was rarely noticed by his parents, who were always on business trips, and the only reason he was excused from Physical Education was because his doctor was the one to issue the note. For as long as he could remember, Xion didn't exactly fit in, be it his insane number of medications, sickly appearance, or crybaby personality, not many of the kids wanted anything to do with him. As he grew older, his health simply continued to deplete until the bacilli the caused tuberculosis was discovered in his lungs. After this was discovered, it seemed as the air of mystery weighing him down was lifted, and he became considerably less sullen and mostly normal, save for his sustained dislike for medicine, which he only takes to prevent himself from spreading his "Hellish Illness" to anyone else. He began to attend Pacific High, as it required no Physical Education, therefore, he knew he wouldn't be missing out on anything the other students were doing.

Her hair is a rich strawberry-blonde and most often tied back in a tight ponytail with her bangs pulled over to one side. Her eyes are a deep blue-green with a single gold dot in the right one. Her usual outfit consists of worn out jeans, her track tank-top, a wristband on her right wrist, and running shoes. Personality: Hyper, preppy, and incredibly energetic are good words to describe her. Hotaru hates to sit still and is easily bored with long lectures and memorizing lines. She's reckless and hardly ever thinks before she acts which gets her into a lot of trouble. She's arrogant about her athletic abilities, especially around people from Pacific High. She can be a smart ass and rarely takes things seriously. Even though she prefers athletics to academics, she still puts forth a lot of effort in her studies though why is known only to her and her parents. Although she'll never admit it to anyone, she has a soft spot for all things small and fluffy and spends much of her free time hanging out with some of the city strays.

Back Story: Hotaru grew up in the city wondering which high school she would go to. Her mother wanted her to go to Pacific High while her father insisted on Gorin High. When she was still young she didn't care too much which one she went to. As she got older, however, she discovered a love of running and a wonderful gift for athletics. She sided with her father about going to Gorin High but her mother wouldn't give up.

When Hotaru was fourteen in her last year of Middle School her parents got into a heated argument that lasted for weeks. Eventually her mother threatened to leave and even went so far as to start packing her bags. Terrified at the thought of losing her mom and being caught in a custody battle between her parents, Hotaru came up with a compromise. She said to ask both schools their opinions on where she should go and whichever one accepted her she would go to.

Gorin High a greater interest in her. Her mother was devastated. Hotaru felt guilty and promised to work hard in her studies so that she would be just as good in academics as in athletics. Knowing there was no better solution, her mother agreed and vowed to work her until her brain turned to mush. Hotaru was not pleased but she was happy that she didn't have to worry about a divorce anymore.
