Two Physical Walls are not needed namely Weezing AND Cloyster,get rid of cloyster as its terrible

Also get rid of one of the Special Sweepers, Gengar or Alakazam and put something else in like Tyranitar or Garchomp etc.

No, gengar is much better than Zam IMO, especially one with 4 moves...and use weezing over cloyster. A tank is a pokemon that is very effective at taking hits, but also is an effective attacker. Examples are curselax and Rhyperior.

Forget Hyper Beam on Garydos.
