Experimental ;) I made this really quickly and tried to balance it a little bit. It's a mix of some of my favorite Pokemon.
Aerodactyl @ Charti Berry
++ Pressure
-- Stealth Rock
-- Stone Edge
-- Earthquake
-- Whirlwind
I like Aerodactyl. It might not be the best to start off with though... Any suggestions? If the enemy is an Electric or Water-user, absorb the attack with Electivire and hope very hard that they didn't see it coming. If the enemy is a Swampert, switch to Ludicolo and hope even more hardly. If all goes well, switch to Mismagius to save the Stealth Rock or continue to EQ-Edge.
Azelf @ Expert Belt / Life Orb
++ Levitate
-- Nasty Plot
-- Psychic
-- Grass Knot / Energy Ball
-- Flamethrower
Azelf is very strong. Grass Knot or Energy Ball, depending on what Ludicolo gets. Flamethrower for melting down Steel-types. Supports Ludicolo's weakness to Poison and Bug.
Electivire @ Expert Belt / Life Orb
++ Motor Drive
-- Cross Chop
-- Ice Punch
-- Thunderbolt
-- Earthquake
Sucks up Electric-typed attacks. Pretty predictable, but I think it's hard to deal with. Cross Chop for Dark-types to support Mismagius and Azelf. Earthquake to beat up opposing Electrics. Ice Punch for the Dragon-types and to support its own Ground-type weakness.
Ludicolo @ Damp Rock
++ Swift Swim
-- Rain Dance
-- Surf
-- Ice Beam
-- Grass Knot / Energy Ball
Water counter. Grass Knot or Energy Ball depending on what Azelf gets. Swift Swim, Rain Dance provides nice speed and damage over Tyranitar and company. Transitions into Swampert.
Swampert @ Leftovers
++ Torrent
-- Avalanche
-- Waterfall
-- Earthquake
-- Stone Edge / Mirror Coat
Avalanche for more Flying-type and Dragon-type support. Earthquake and Waterfall for STAB. Stone Edge > Mirror Coat was basically a filler to combat Giga Drain or something. Not sure. Fix it. I might use Gastrodon.
Mismagius @ Spell Tag
++ Levitate
-- Will-o-Wisp
-- Calm Mind
-- Shadow Ball
-- Hidden Power (Fighting)
Will-o-Wisp to eat up Physical moves. Calm Mind to eat up Special moves. Ghost and Fighting moves hit through anything. Eats up Rapid Spin.
The team has ample defenses against Earthquake - half of the team is immune to it, whilst the other two have good counters to those who get STAB from it. Electivire and Swampert get Electric resistance, which is very nice. There's no resistance to Ghost, Dragon, Grass, Ice or Dark attacks, but there are defenses to those with a good mix of offensive attacks. Seems I will have problems with Ghost-types the most, huh?
I like Arcanine. Typhlosion - Eruption, Flamethrower, Hidden Power, Focus Blast? ;)
