I cant stop for a full rate, but i can tell you that team is to physically orientated. Everything looks good, but the last slot is filling the same role as the first two. Take another special sweeper in the last slot, or swap Bandmence to salemence.

    3 DDers is beyond redundant.

Give skarmbliss some help walling or the standard counters will screw you over.

Ice Beam incase a physical wall comes in. If you decide for Ice Beam, give it a few special attack EVs.

    DD
    Dragon Claw

    Flamethrower

Since you're going to be Dragon Dancing, you don't need all those EVs in attack and speed, since you'll gain them anyway. Give him some HP to be able to take a hit, and be sure to give a few special attack EVs.

    Gengar@Focus Sash
    Hasty
    Levitate
    252 SpAtk / 252 Speed / 6 HP
    Hynosis
    HP [Ice]
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt

I don't see the point of counter on a Gengar when it has a - defense nature, with no defense EVs in it. Other than that, looks good.

    Skarmory@Leftovers
    Impish
    Sturdy/Keen Eye
    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Atk
    Drill Peck / Brave Bird
    Spikes
    Roost
    Whirlwind

Looks good, may want Brave Bird over Drill Peck since Skarm can heal itself anyways.

    Blissey@Leftovers
    Bold
    Natural Cure
    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpDef
    T-Wave / Ice Beam / Flamethrower
    Seismic Toss
    Aeromatheoropy
    Softboiled

T-Wave may seem like a good idea, but what if a Gengar is switched in, and it has Focus Punch. There's no way Blissey can take it down. Giving it a good special attack move can help.

And my last spot is either
    Electivire@Expert Belt
    Jolly
    Motor Drive
    252 Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP
    T-Punch
    Ice Punch
    EQ
    Cross Chop

The only real way an Electivire can do good, is if it switched into a lightning attack. My Feraligatr Dragon Danced once, and it took down an Electivire with proper EVs in one attack. Just incase a physical wall comes in, you might want to consider giving it Thunderbolt over Thunderpunch, but I'm unsure of the EV set for it.

    EQ / Shadow Claw

The only move I see that can counter a ghost / psychic type is your Shadow Ball on Gengar. I have a Feraligatr with this set, but instead of Earthquake, Shadow Claw. It takes down those pesky special sweeper switch-ins. The high critical ratio works well too.

Hey Xairmo! I rated your team for you hopefully I helped a good bit. :D

I wouldn't use Counter on that Gengar. Gengar's defenses are crap anyway, especially with a -def nature, and any residual damage is going to screw you. So if your opponent leads with a Hippowdon, Tyranitar or Abomasnow (common leads), automatically your item and one move are rendered useless. I like this Gengar:

    Gengar @ Life Orb/Choice Specs/Wide Lens
    Levitate
    Timid (252 SpAtk/252 Spd/6 HP)
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt
    Focus Blast
    Hypnosis/HP Ice

It might go without saying, but if you want Hypnosis, you probably don't want to use Specs.

You might aswell make that Gengar a Life Orber with

    Gengar@Life Orb
    Hasty Nature
    136 Att / 122 sp.att / 252 speed
    - Explosion
    - Focus Punch
    - Shadow Ball
    - Thunderbolt

    =)

1HKOs Blissey and lax with Explosion 100% of the time.

2HKOs Blissey and Snorlax with Focus Punch and 1HKO'S Weavile, Tyranitar and well as putting nasty dents into Heatran.

Focus Sash Gengar and Tar on the same team is doing you no favors.

I'll do a full rate later (I promise), but I'm a busy bee on V-Day!
